Great job seeing this and making a decision to shoot it! The composition is excellent. The subject is neither too centered or too far...

Looking for tips from wide-angle fans!

Wed Sep 16, 2009, 9:40 PM
I just bought a Tokina 12-24mm F/4 for my D90. It's a really well built lens, and so far I really dig the image quality. Over the few days I have used it, however, I have realized that I just don't seem to know the true potential of the lens! I know of course that it should be fantastic for most landscapes and nature shots, but besides those and trippy distortion shots, I just don't know what to shoot! I think y'all should enlighten myself as well as fellow readers as to your wide-angle experiments and experiences, successful or not! Who knows, if it's good enough, it might just make the dA news! ;)
